Natives of New Orleans, LA, the Adams family has enjoyed a history of culinary experiences. One day, a family friend invited them to their house to learn the process of making creole pickles. Jen enjoyed the experience and decided to create her own unique blend for marinading and jarring pickles. It started as a hobby, but when a friend asked if they could buy several jars, the idea sparked that maybe these creole pickles were something others would enjoy too. From then on, Jen has been selling her creole pickles locally and now, is ready to expand so that the whole country can enjoy her creole pickles.
